Dubuque police arrested a 22-year-old Boscobel man, Hunter Newberry, on Saturday for drug-related offenses. Newberry was taken into custody at 5:05 p.m. in the 2000 block of Holliday Drive and charged with possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, as well as possession of marijuana.

He all so was cited with driving without a drivers license.
