Isaac Joseph Parker, 20, was arrested on December 25th, 2023 at 11:58 am for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia, as well as eluding authorities. The arrest took place at US Hwy 52 North in Dubuque. Parker is currently being held on a $15,000 bond at the Dubuque county jail.

All subjects are innocent, until proven guilty in a court of law.
