Grant County Wisconsin 5-23-2023 DIP News

On May 20, 2023, at 2:40 P.M., the Grant County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a motor vehicle crash on Cth T in Hickory Grove Township.

A short time later, the Sheriff’s Office received a second call involving the same vehicle being driven backwards down Cth T and was using both lanes of traffic.

Two Sheriff’s Deputies responded and located the vehicle involved on Zinck Rd, in the opposite lane of traffic. A traffic stop was conducted and the vehicle driver, Isaac Blickem-Arbegust, 44 of Richland Center, was contacted. Mr. Bickem-Arbegust was heavily intoxicated, and field sobriety tests were administered. Mr. Blickem-Arbegust has been arrested forOWI (6th offense) and has another parole hold.

Mr. Blickem-Arbegust remains in custody at the Grant County jail without bond.
