Elm Street will have a full road closure starting at the midblock point between E 20th Street and E 21st Street for private sewer repair starting 8:00 a.m Wednesday May 24 until 5:00 p.m Thursday May 25.
Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
