In the early hours of Tuesday morning, Dubuque Police arrested Angel Omonayin, 38, at 910 West Locust.
Among the charges against Omonayin are: Willful injury – bodily injury, domestic abuse assault with injury, public intoxication, and obstruction of an emergency call.
All subjects arrested are assumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
