Authorities from Dubuque and Jackson Counties were involved in a high-speed chase Friday morning that started in Jackson County and ended in Dubuque County

29-yea-old Cortez Williams stopped at US 61 near the SW Arterial. He was taken into custody and transported to the Dubuque County Jail. He was charged with eluding while speeding over 25 mph over the limit. Failure to have a driver’s license or permit.
