Edmond Lues, 27, of 8381 Wildlife Ridge was spotted driving recklessly downtown Dubuque by a deputy. The deputy pursued him in the 4th Street area for exceeding posted speed limits and for running a stop sign.

Officers joined the pursuit and continued to pursue him in the Key West area driving over 100 mph on Key West Drive. The pursuit ended at Military Road and Oakland Farms. He’s charged with felony eluding and second-degree operating while intoxicated.
