Donna Lavoie, 51 of Dubuque, was arrested for sending THC in her child’s lunches. School officials called Lavoie last Thursday to come to the school after officers tested the gummy, which came up positive for THC. Lavoie told officials that she was giving it to her child or behavior problems. She’s charged with Child endangerment.
