Andrew Luensmann 28 of Epworth, Iowa has been charged with third-degree sexual abuse and rape. Luensmann meet a woman on Facebook during the summer and invited her to his home and allegedly raped her. The woman drove to a Dubuque Hospital and a rape kit was done for DNA evidence. Law enforcement officials obtained a warrant for Lunesmanns DNA and residents.
