Dubuque Police responded to the area of the 100 block of Main Street around 1:46 a.m. Sunday morning, October 30th, for a fight to find a large group of 100 people in a disturbance who would not leave the area. Police used less lethal force to break up the crowd using pepper ball projectiles.
Police are investigating.
