City Of Dubuque Road Closure.
South Grandview Avenue will have the southbound lane closed near Rider Street for private sewer and water utility repairs starting 9:00 a.m Monday April 11 to 5 p.m Wednesday April 13. Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
