TWO-HOUR DELAY, THURSDAY, JAN. 20The Dubuque Community School District will operate on a two-hour delay on Thursday, Jan. 20, due to the forecast for early-morning wind chills of -25 degrees. All district-run morning preschool is canceled.
All Holy Family Catholic Schools, including morning preschool classes, are DELAYED TWO HOURS on Thursday, Jan. 20, Due to cold temperatures. All early childhood centers will remain open on their normal schedules for childcare.
