Jacques Alexander, 16, of Dubuque, is charged as an adult with robbery in the first degree and burglary in the first degree.

Because Alexander was 16 at the time of the offense and his case had not been heard or moved from Juvenile court to adult court, they’re asking that the case be moved to the proper court for proceedings.

Alexander, has been accused of robbing a man on Queen Street at gunpoint, who was in his car in October.
